Spring Opening

Schedule us to open your pool as soon as the ice melts and the cover can be removed. We love opening pools as soon as it is warm enough to go outside and enjoy simply looking at the water. We always have an “early bird” offer for those who are willing to open their pools in advance of the spring pool season.

Green Pool Cleanup

Every once in a while we get a call of desperation just prior to the Memorial Day weekend, “How soon can you have my pool looking clean again?” One of our follow-up questions is how good is your water pressure? If necessary (and possible), we will drain your pool, then (depending on the pool surface) acid wash, pressure wash, or chemically clean the surface. We then suction clean the plumbing lines and eventually begin refilling with fresh water. Filling your pool with good old-fashioned hard water is best in Utah, since the Total Hardness in northern Utah is usually not as high as it is in other areas of the country

Equipment Repair

PoolServ’s technicians are trained to quickly determine water volume, flow rates, water turnover, system friction loss and a number of other useful calculations to diagnose problems within the pool’s equipment system.

We can determine why your heater won’t turn on. We can tell if your pump motor is broken or over-mastertemp webamping. We can tell you if your pump is undersized, oversized, or if you ought to be considering a variable drive or variable frequency pump to save power. Our technicians can also answer your questions regarding common energy-saving tips or upgrades and how soon they will pay for themselves. We will give you a price up front to perform the work before we proceed with any repair. And as always, our mantra is “repair first, replace last”, so you won’t feel like you are being sold a new piece of equipment if a problem arises.

Chemical Delivery

Tired of picking up chlorine tablets, bags of salt, or shock packs from the store? As part of our service, we will deliver the chemicals and other products to your pool.

Winterizing/Fall Shutdown

When the inevitable cold day comes, have PoolServ shut down your pool for the winter months. We will provide a full winterizing shutdown for pools requiring a complete plumbing evacuation, or a partial shutdown for those pools built to withstand freezing temperatures along the waterline. Let a PoolServ technician help you determine which is best for your pool.
